ENTRY FEE: $6 if participated at Elgin, payable to Coach. If not at Elgin, this is your national qualifier race, team pays entry.
COURSE: Grass, mostly flat (90% downhill or flat each distance has hill(s)), some very short blacktop. FACILITIES: Restrooms, no dressing facilities, concessions.

DIRECTIONS: From I-90 exit State Street (Business US 20) . Going west. Continue on State Street for 4.3 miles. Turn left at 29th Street
this is just past a high rise (Valley View Apts. 3303 State Street ) the park will be one block directly ahead of you.
From I-39 exit US20 bypass west, from US20 bypass ( one mile ) exit Alpine Road go north on Alpine Road ( 4.3 miles ) to State Street. Turn
left at State Street going west on State Street for ( .8 tenths ) of a mile. Turn left at 29th Street this is just past a high rise (Valley View Apts.
3303 State Street), the park will be one block directly ahead of you.
From US20 west, take Business 20 to Rockford, stay on Business 20 going east ( 8.6 miles ). Turn right on 29th Street just past Temple Baptist
Church and just before Valley View Apt high rise, the park will be one block directly ahead of you.
Team Scoring: First five (5) members score per team with no more than eight (8) athletes per team. AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to 1st through 10th place finishes.
THIS meet can provide qualifying standards for the CCCYA meet which is the meet the CF will attend in Louisville, KY.
ADVANCEMENT: Three (3) teams per division advance to the AAU National Championship. (All members of the top three teams will qualify for the National Championship, regardless of place.) These runners are taken out when determining the 20 individual qualifiers. The top twenty (20) runners from the Association Championship in each division qualify for the National Championship at Orlando, FL December 3, 2011.
THIS meet can provide qualifying standards for the CCCYA meet.
